**Job Summary**

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving company growth by developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Duties**
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies for business development
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Utilize technology sales tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business development efforts
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients
- Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to closing deals

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail sales, technical sales, and upselling techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
