Job Purpose
- Major Accountability- Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Executive/Specialist in IT or related industry
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems preferred
- Previous experience with organizational and market compensation surveys/studies
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Essential Skills & Experience- Overall experience of 3+ years
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good Quantitative, Analytical and Presentation skills
- Attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to come up with the suggestions and recommendations.
- Education- Minimum Education: MBA (HR)
