**Position Summary**:

**Packaging Operations**:
1.Ensure all sheet metal products are packed carefully and securely to prevent any damage during transportation.

2.Monitor the use of appropriate packing materials and techniques as per company standards.

3.Conduct quality checks on packaging to ensure consistency and reliability.

**Dispatch Management**:
1.Plan and oversee the dispatch of products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

2.Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize transportation schedules and routes.

3.Maintain accurate records of dispatched products and transportation details.

**Quality Control**:
1.Regularly inspect packaged products to confirm adherence to quality standards.

2.Identify and address any packaging or dispatch-related issues promptly.

**Team Supervision**:
1.Guide and supervise the packaging and dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.

2.Provide training to team members on packaging techniques and safety standards.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
1.Prepare and maintain detailed reports on packaging and dispatch activities.

2.Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline workflows.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1.Experience in packaging and dispatch operations, preferably with sheet metal products.

2.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

3.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

4.Good communication and coordination skills to work with various teams.

5.Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation processes is an advantage.
