**Job Title**: Bright Bar Supervisor - Steel Industry
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily bright bar production (straightening, peeling, grinding, polishing, cutting).
- Ensure quality standards, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
- Allocate manpower and monitor production schedules.
- Coordinate with quality, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production reports and reduce wastage/rework.
- Ensure safety compliance on the shop floor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
