We are seeking a dedicated for **Day Care teacher (Female)** to join our team at **Radcliffe School in Kharghar**.

**Location** : Radcliffe. Group of Schools, Plot No. 3, Sector - 8, Near Little World Mall, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai - 410210

**Qualifications And Skills**
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCED, TTC trained) preferred/ any graduation (Mandatory skill) with similar experience of 2 years
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- Proficient in child care practices and nurturing young children in a safe and caring environment.
- Ability to supervise children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Sharp observation skills to monitor children's development and address any concerns.
- Skillful in organizing and conducting engaging games and activities for young children.
- Patience and understanding in handling the needs and behaviors of young children.
- Creativity in planning educational and recreational activities that stimulate children's growth.

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor the safety and well-being of children in the day care.
- Plan and implement educational activities and curriculums that promote early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for children.
- Promote social and emotional development through interactions and activities.
- Address children's individual needs and provide appropriate responses and care.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's milestones and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality care experience.
