**Job Summary**:
The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the dispatch of drivers, vehicles, or service personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products or services. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch drivers/technicians/vehicles according to customer requests, company policies, and available resources.
- Monitor route progress and communicate any delays, issues, or changes.
- Maintain communication with drivers or field staff throughout their routes to ensure smooth operations.
- Update dispatch software and systems with real-time information.
- Ensure proper documentation of all dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, customer service, maintenance) for smooth workflow.
- Maintain records of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other vehicle information.
- Monitor compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Generate and review reports related to dispatch performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 12th pass and any graduation or any degree — any of these educational qualifications will be acceptable for the condition. (Having a **bike**is **compulsory**for the **condition**)
- Prior experience in a dispatching or logistics coordination role is an advantage.
- Proficient in dispatch software, MS Office, and communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local geography and transport regulations is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based with possible shifts or extended hours depending on operational needs.
- May require occasional field visits or on-call support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
