**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver curriculum for accounting courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and educational objectives.
- Conduct lectures, seminars, and workshops on various accounting topics including basic accounting principles, Tally, Zoho, GST return filing, ITR filing, and excel financial analysis.
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and achievement of learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on developments in accounting software, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards to enhance course content and relevance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall effectiveness of the accounting program and promote continuous improvement.
- Assist students in developing practical skills through hands-on exercises, case studies, and real-world projects.
- Mentor and advise students on career paths, internship opportunities, and professional development within the accounting field.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance for reporting purposes.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development activities to contribute to the academic community and stay current in the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and Zoho accounting software.
- Experience with GST return filing and ITR filing procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
