Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Training and Development: a. Conduct field-based sales training sessions for new and existing sales team members. b. Develop and update training materials, presentations, and sales guides to ensure alignment with the latest broadband products, promotions, and technologies. c. Provide coaching on best practices for customer engagement, objection handling, and closing sales. d. Deliver product knowledge training on broadband services, including speed tiers, equipment, and service packages. 2. Performance Coaching: a. Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance. b. Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve their selling techniques and knowledge of broadband services. c. Help sales reps overcome barriers in their selling process by offering real time solutions and guidance. 3. Field Support: a. Accompany sales representatives in the field to observe sales techniques and provide immediate feedback. Outbound Trainer JD- BB CHAMP Designation:Outbound Trainer The Outbound Trainer for Broadband Services is responsible for equipping the sales team with the b. Conduct role-playing and hands-on demonstrations to improve practical sales skills. c. Help sales team members craft personalized sales approaches for different market segments. 4. Reporting and Analysis: a. Track the progress and performance of sales staff through KPIs such as conversion rates, sales quotas, and customer retention. b. Prepare and present performance reports to sales leadership and offer insights into areas for improvement. c. Use data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements. 5. Collaboration: a. Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stay informed about new products, market trends, and competitor offerings. b. Collaborate with the regional sales managers to align training efforts with company sales goals. c. Ensure continuous alignment between sales efforts and the company's overall broadband strategy. 6. Customer-Centric Approach: a. Train the sales team on understanding customer needs, presenting solutions effectively, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. b. Educate sales teams on how to clearly communicate the benefits of broadband products and services to potential customers.
Pay: ₹14,342.55 - ₹31,500.00 per month
