**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create original clothing concepts aligned with Thenmozhi Designs' brand aesthetic.
- Work with clients to understand their fashion preferences and deliver personalized, high-quality designs.
- Conduct research on current fashion trends, fabrics, and design techniques to ensure the boutique remains innovative.
- Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
- Participate in fittings, adjust patterns, and make revisions as needed to meet client expectations.
- Manage end-to-end design processes, from concept to finished product.
- Ensure that all designs are within budget and align with production timelines.
- Maintain fabric and accessory inventory in collaboration with the purchasing team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum of **3 years of experience** in fashion design, preferably in boutique or custom-made clothing.
- Proficiency in design software(e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of têxtiles, fabrics, and garment construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Ability to work creatively while meeting deadlines and staying within budgets.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in both traditional Indian and contemporary fashion styles.
- Strong sketching skills and the ability to translate concepts into technical drawings.
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing and quality control.
- Attention to detail, especially when working on custom-made designs.

**Salary**:
Salary will be competitive and based on market standards, commensurate with experience and skills.
