To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanical within the mechanical maintenance team This position will be located in Gokak.

Your Mission:
As a Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanical you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of your particular shift and workshop, adhering to the guidelines with respect to SOP and budget.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

- Inside the cell team, manage and consolidate the cell maintenance costs in line with monthly/yearly budget
- Preparing action plan along with Manager.
- Solve issues on maintenance activities, esacalade on experts if needed.
- Manage the team on a daily basis (morning meeting, WO assignment, Short interval control, safety tools) leads key management routines.
- Coordinate daily break in (P0, P1, P2) and with the planner scheduled jobs (P3, P4) and coordinate P5 with technical services.
- Optimize with the planner scheduling maintenance due to production priorities and resources (internal and contractors).
- Ensure of quality of work done, closing, reporting, update KPI and dashboard.

Entire mechanical operators.
