**About The Role**
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. MICE Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment of the travel industry. This role involves identifying and targeting potential clients, understanding their event requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and effectively managing the sales process to achieve set targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.
**Key Points**:
- Research and identify potential clients within the corporate sector who are interested in hosting MICE events.
- Cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to establish relationships and generate leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their specific event requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
- Propose suitable MICE packages and solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
- Create compelling and customized proposals that outline the event details, including venues, accommodations, catering, transportation, and additional services.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the organization.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for MICE services.
- Set and meet sales targets and revenue goals as outlined by the organization.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the MICE industry, including event planning.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the MICE sector, including key market drivers and operational requirements.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and maintain client satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- **Project Management**: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions and client needs.
- **Travel Readiness**: Willingness to travel extensively to meet business demands and client needs.
- **Passion for Events**: Enthusiastic about creating and delivering outstanding event experiences.
- **Client Relationships**: Forge and sustain solid relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their event needs and expectations.

- **Contract Negotiations**: Negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company, ensuring long-term partnership potential.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Sales Goals**: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and forecasts.
- **Reporting**: Provide detailed reports on sales activities, event outcomes, and client feedback to optimize future strategies.
