**Key Responsibilities**
- Training Delivery: Conduct dynamic, interactive training sessions covering all key aspects of digital marketing.
- Curriculum Development: Continuously update and refine the curriculum to include the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Certification Preparation: Guide students in preparing for key digital marketing certifications.
- Student Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in digital marketing to ensure the curriculum and training sessions remain relevant and impactful.

**Detailed Skills and Expertise Required**

Core Digital Marketing Skills
- SEO: In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools.
- PPC Advertising: Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and campaign management including monitoring and optimization.
- Social Media Marketing: Proficient in creating and executing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Content Marketing: Skills in content creation, strategy development, and understanding content distribution channels.
- Web Analytics: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics for traffic analysis and campaign improvement.
- Mobile Marketing: Knowledge of mobile-specific strategies and analytics.
- E-commerce Marketing: Experience in driving online sales through various digital marketing techniques.

**Training and Pedagogical Skills**
- Instructional Design: Knowledge of educational theories and instructional design models such as ADDIE.
- Presentation Skills: Strong capability in creating and delivering engaging presentations.
- Public Speaking: Confident in addressing and engaging large groups effectively.
