**Job Description**:
**Location: Bangalore - Full Time**

**Work from Office (Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 6pm)**

Pays employees and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; maintaining records.

**Job Duties**:

- Maintains payroll information, directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
- Updates payroll records, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department / division transfers.
- Salary management for employees, payroll payments on time and through the appropriate channels.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable Salaries
- Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains payroll staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Oversee internal payroll and accounting audits on a semi-annual basis
- Maintain general ledger with regard to payroll transactions
- Provide documents as requested from HR Manager
- Full and final settlement calculations and required closures, PF Settlements

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
- 2+ years’ experience in human resources, payroll or accounting for a corporation
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent mathematics and communication skills
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS excel

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
