**Job Summary**

We are looking Medical Representative (Male) for IVF/Infertility/gynecology segment with a pharma background (B.pharm/M.Pharm) as well as having good communication skills.

**Salary: Negotiable**

**Role**:

- Meetings with Gynecologists/IVF specialists/Doctors/IVF Clinics.
- Generating Leads/Business.
- Visiting IVF/Infertility treatment Clinics and Hospitals.
- Maintaining Relation with Doctors/Clinics/Clients.
- Sharing feedback and maintaining data.

**Responsibilities**:
**Identify and Qualify Accounts**: The role involves identifying potential accounts (fertility clinics), assessing their suitability, and determining their potential as sales opportunities.

**Convert Opportunities**: Turn potential opportunities into active accounts by arranging meetings with decision-makers from fertility clinics.

**Promote Services**: Promote and highlight the benefits of Schraft's 2.0 Pharmacy services to potential clients, with the aim of achieving or surpassing quarterly sales targets.

**Consultative Selling**: Adopt a consultative selling approach to understand the needs of fertility clinics and position Schraft's services as a valuable solution.

**Use Marketing Materials**: Utilize branded marketing materials effectively to differentiate Schraft's services from other competitors in the fertility pharmacy space.

**Detailed Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products, protocols, and processes, as well as the fertility clinics' operations.

**Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in fertility clinics.

**Strategic Initiatives**: Plan and implement strategic initiatives in the assigned territory to drive sales growth.

**Attend Events**: Attend conferences, trade shows, and relevant events to represent Schraft's and promote its services.

**Reporting**: Provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities, results, market trends, and competitive analysis.

**Product and Regulatory Knowledge**: Stay updated on new product offerings and changes in regulations related to fertility pharmacy services.

**Professional Communication**: Maintain professionalism in all verbal and written communications with clients and colleagues.

**Sales Procedures**: Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices while adapting sales strategies based on analytics and customer feedback.

**Performance**: Meet and exceed sales goals consistently.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical context.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with key stakeholders.

Knowledge of fertility clinic operations and processes.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly.

Willingness to travel to clinics, conferences, and events.

Proficiency in using marketing materials effectively.

**Required Experience, Skills**, **and Qualifications**

Medical Representatives (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) with 6 months - 2 years of experience.

**Salary**: From ₹21,000.00 per month
