Urgent Job opening for Sales Executive from Construction Chemical industry for Navi Mumbai location, filed sales job, will report to Sales Manager, will be handling whole Navi Mumbai area

Experience:

- 3-4 years in Sales of construction chemicals

Qualification:

- BE Civil

salary:

- 25-30 kpm

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Implement operational plans to retain and enhance the customer base

Implement the planned activities at the field sales level in order to fulfil the operational plan

2. Participate in the sales cycle encompassing the following:
Lead Generation

Sampling

Quotation sending and follow ups

Site Visits - to Repair sites mostly Cooperative Housing Societies

Order Management - Follow up with Repair Contractors

Payment follow up with the client and distributor

3. Special Skills Required

Experience in the Building Material, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing or Paints Industry

Companies Preferred: Sunanda, Perma, Asian Paints

4. Area of Operation: Central - 1, Western Line - 1

**Key Performance Indicators**:
Maintenance of the Database by visiting societies in the area which can be targeted for repairs

Quotation generation and follow up records with contractors

Preparation of Daily report

Collections from Contractors

Adherence to individual Sales Targets.

Qualifications:
Graduate from a recognized university. Preferably Civil Engineering.

**Skills**:Good written and verbal communication skills.

Product knowledge

Good PR Skills

Self motivation and multi tasking capabilities.

Confident and keen acumen

Computer Conversant including mailing, Excel reports etc.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 3 years (preferred)
