- Shift timings : 6am to 1am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

**Age**: 18 - 28

**Qualification **:Graduate / Undergraduate

**Salary**: 13,000 to 17,000

**Shift timings**: 6am to 1am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

6 day's working & Rotational weekoff

Direct walk-in

**Interview rounds**: HR / Versant / Ops

**ROLE'S & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Issue Resolution: Addressing customer problems, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly.

Information Provision: Providing information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Order Processing: Assisting with order placement, tracking, and managing returns or exchanges.

Proactive Communication: Anticipating customer needs and reaching out before issues arise, enhancing overall customer satisfaction

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Customer Focus:
