
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound Call Handling**: Respond to incoming customer calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- **Message Management**: Monitor and respond to customer messages across various platforms, including SMS, social media, and live chat, ensuring timely and helpful communication.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Ensure that all customer interactions are documented and follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with inbound call handling.
- Familiarity with social media and live chat support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
