**Description**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at the Cigar Lounge. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the lounge, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and driving sales of memberships and accessories. Additionally, presenting the menu and serving guests will be an integral part of your responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet, seat, and serve guests in the Cigar Lounge with professionalism and courtesy.
- Present the menu and provide detailed information to guests about the offerings.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell memberships, accessories, and other products to guests.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered in the lounge and effectively communicate them to guests.
- Actively engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of cigars, accessories, and other products, ensuring adequate stock at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including cigar displays, seating areas, and accessories.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Incentives based on performance.

Work Location is Qatar, Salary Maximum upto QR 2500

Pay: Up to ₹38,200.00 per month
