**Key Responsibilities: **     **    **
- Float inquiries to a minimum of three vendors for material procurement.           
- Collect and compile quotations from vendors.           
- Assist in preparing comparison sheets for price, quality, and terms analysis.           
- Support in purchase order (PO) creation using ERP software.           
- Follow up with vendors for material procurement and delivery updates.           
- Verify PO, challan, and GRN against received materials.           
- Coordinate with the finance/accounts department for supplier payment reconciliation and follow-ups.           
- Maintain and update vendor data, including GST, MSME certificates, PAN card, and bank details.           
- Assist in documentation for imported material purchases and vendor communication.           
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels for critical raw materials.
- Support in resolving supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.     
- Maintain purchase-related reports and documentation such as PO files, quotation files, and vendor data files.

**Skills Required:     **     

Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.          

Strong communication and negotiation skills.           

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).           

Good analytical and documentation skills.           

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
