**About the role**:

- As Correspondent, US-UK, you will be on the frontlines of breaking news, responsible for monitoring a wide range of sources to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality alerts to our global clients, contribute to broader storytelling initiatives, and leverage innovative tools to enhance our reporting capabilities.
- We are looking for a sharp, quick-thinking snapper who thrives under pressure, adapts swiftly to change, and can juggle multiple priorities while working collaboratively across time zones and shifts.
- Your work will support Reuters' mission of delivering timely, accurate, and impartial news to a global audience.
- Experience reporting on UK and US companies is a strong advantage. A proven ability to snap with speed, accuracy, and objectivity and a solid understanding of AI tools—is essential.

**About you**:
The Correspondent, US-UK will be expected to:

- Have at least two years of experience in journalism
- Be well-versed with Reuters editorial tools spanning Fastwire, PLX-AI, FactGenie, LEON
- Monitor various sources and deliver accurate, high quality alerts at speed.
- Support the team's efforts to meet quality targets for accuracy and speed and continually improve its performance.
- Stay abreast with latest AI developments and actively participate in adoption and integration with daily workflow.
