Job Description: Sales Executive (Field) - Hyderabad

Job Title: Sales Executive (Field)

Location: Hyderabad

**Salary**: ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads and onboard potential customers for Rupeek’s financial services.

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

3. Actively meet clients, explain product offerings, and provide tailored solutions.

4. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue of the company.

5. Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory norms during sales interactions.

6. Effectively manage and update leads in the CRM system.

7. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.

Skills and Requirements

1. Proven sales skills with a strong record in customer acquisition and relationship management.

2. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

3. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Education: Graduation in any discipline.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in BFSI (Banking, Telecom, Finance, etc.) or similar industries.

3. Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

4. Driving License: A valid driving license and a two-wheeler are mandatory.
