As an English teacher at Rock Infotech Limited, you will be responsible for facilitating online English language courses while conveying a friendly and positive attitude. **Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver tailored English language courses to a diverse group of learners online.
- Establish a positive and friendly classroom environment that fosters active participation and effective learning.
- Develop and implement assessments that measure English language proficiency and track student progress over time.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their English language skills and course performance.
- Collaborate with team members and administrators on the development of curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as necessary.
- Model appropriate communication and language learning strategies for students.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in TESOL, English, or a related field.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English.
- Proficient in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Knowledgeable about online learning platforms and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently.
