**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.
- Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster and Carrier Builder and other Job Portals.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database
- Advanced knowledge of US Geography, emerging skills, headhunting, LinkedIn, and internet search.
- Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers and well versed with USA Visa Types.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Has to working on C2C and 1099.
- Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
- Working on Tier-1/Prime Vendors’ IT requirements on a day to day basis.
- Handling complete recruitment life cycle for client’s IT requirements.
- Minimum 1.5 year to 2 years of experience of recruitment in US IT staffing industry.
- Prior experience in managing high volume as well as Tech niche hiring
- Good understanding of common IT roles and related terminologies and US staffing Industry.
- Clarity on various US tax terms and industry specific terminologies such as W2, 1099, C2C, C2H etc.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical skills and able to negotiate rate from consultants/third parties.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Fixed Night Shift Working time: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM
- US shift

**Job Type - **Full Time

**Salary - **25k - 30k
