WE’RE HIRING - System Executive

Location: PCMC, Pune (Logistics Sector)

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Executive to support

our logistics operations. The role involves managing system operations, ensuring

data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and providing IT-related support to ensure

smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day system operations and ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system-related challenges quickly.
- Maintain and update system-related documentation and user records.
- Ensure data security, backups, and smooth accessibility for business teams.
- Support the logistics and accounts team in system-based processes and

reporting.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B. Com / Any Graduate with relevant experience (IT/System

background preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in system administration or IT support (Logistics sector

experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and troubleshooting methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
