**Freight Broker**

**Timing**:5:30PM to 2:30AM

**Shift**: Evening - US Shift (Voice Process)

**Days**: 5 Days - Monday to Friday

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months US logistic experience

**PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE/ONLY DROP AVAILABLE FOR GURGAON LOCATION**

**Eligibility**:

- Must be minimum Graduate
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be ready to work in Night shifts (5:30pm to 2:30am)
- Must have valid educational proofs and identity proofs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
- Find authorized and reliable transportation carriers for clients.
- Coordinate for all the shipping needs of clients.
- Negotiate rates for service between the shipper and the carrier.
- Responsible for qualifying carriers, growing revenue, obtaining rate agreements and approving spot requests.
- Communicate with customers to provide solutions to their problems.
- Track shipments, solicit truck load, coordinate pickup and delivery schedule, and resolve discrepancies.

**Areas of Expertise**:

- Thorough knowledge of dispatching freight and transportation industry and freight brokerage strategies.
- Solid understanding of Logistics and Transportation.
- Sound knowledge of carrier alternatives, pricing, and geography.
- Proficient in MS Office and multiple transportation software.
- Ability to process and book a high volume of freight transactions.
- Ability to foresee potential logístical problems -Strong communication skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
