**Job Summary**:
We are looking to hire a **Legal Associate (Non-Litigation)** to support our growing legal team in navigating corporate and commercial legal matters.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough legal research on various aspects of corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and other non-litigation legal areas.

Draft, review, and modify commercial contracts, agreements, deeds, and other legal documents ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Provide legal advice to internal teams on issues related to business operations, contracts, corporate compliance, and other legal matters.

Help ensure the company complies with all relevant laws.

Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring that all records are properly archived and easy to retrieve when needed.

Assist with regulatory filings, including compliance submissions to government bodies, statutory filings, and adherence to industry standards.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. A paralegal certificate may be preferred.

Experience 1-3 yrs in handling corporate governance and compliance matters.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
