**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design social media graphics, website banners, promotional materials, and print media.
- Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for various campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets that engage audiences and drive conversions.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit video content for social media, events, and promotional campaigns (e.g., reels, ads, event recaps).
- Ensure smooth transitions, appropriate sound design, and motion graphics in all videos.
- Work with raw footage and transform it into polished content that meets company standards.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Create, schedule, and manage social media posts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Branding & Marketing**:

- Work with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative ideas for new campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in visual style across all platforms, maintaining the company’s brand identity.
- Create marketing assets that are optimized for different digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- **Content Creation**:

- Conceptualize and produce engaging content, including motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, video editor, and social media marketer, with a portfolio of past work.
- Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement.
- Ability to develop and manage social media strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Strong sense of visual composition, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing social media accounts.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience in photography and videography is a plus.
- **Laptop is must and also if experience in photography or videography then camera is a Plus**
