Export Executive Job description
- Handling all documentation of Export shipment.
- Providing relevant document to the forwarder & getting the B/L released as per buyer requirement.
- Maintain Advance License Record.
- Communicating with CHA/FORWARDER person regarding shipments & EGM ETC filling.
- Arranging shipments Pre-alert/ Manifest to marketing team. & maintaining register.
- Submit booking & Create invoice, packing list & shipping instructions at forwarder portal before cut-off.
- Arranging timely Bill of Lading, FCR, Sea Waybill as per shipment
- PO RECEIVED
- PRICES CHECK
- MAKE PI
- SEND TO BUYER
- GET SIGNED PI FROM BUYER
- ADD PI DETAIL IN OPEN ORDER
- GIVE PLANNING TO PRODUCTION
- MAKE INVOICE AND PACKING LIST
- ONCE CRD GETTING NEAR PLACE BOOKING
- FOLLOW UP FOR BOOKING
- AFTER GETTING BOOKING PICKUP CONTAINER ACCORDING ACTUAL CRD
- PICKUP CONTAINER A DAY BEFORE
- DISPATCH CONTAINER AND CARGO IN FCL AND LCL
- MAKE FINAL INVOICE AND PACKING LIST
- TAKE INVOICE NO.
- SEND PACKING LIST TO STORE
- SEND FINAL INVOICE AND PACKING LIST TO DEEPU SIR
- SEND INV+PKL TO CHA FOR CHECKLIST
- SEND INV+PKL TO ACCOUNTS FOR TAX INVOICE
- CHECK CHECKLIST AND FILE
- MAINTAIN ADVANCE LICENSE REGISTER ENTRY
- SUBMIT BOLT SEAL DATA ONLINE
- AFTER DISPATCH ENTRY IN OPEN ORDER
- SEND SI TO FORWARDER

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kundli, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
