**The Team**:
We are seeking a Scrum Master for our technology team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and coach Scrum teams in the adoption of Scrum practices.
- Work with product owners to create and refine product backlogs.
- Help teams to plan and estimate sprints.
