**The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. The role involves coaching team members on Agile principles and best practices, removing impediments to progress, tracking and communicating team progress and performance metrics, and collaborating with product owners for backlog refinement. The Scrum Master will also promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, ensure adherence to Agile frameworks, and support the team in achieving sprint goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
- Remove impediments to the team’s progress.
- Track and communicate team progress and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure backlog refinement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks and practices.
- Support team in achieving sprint goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of **Agile methodologies**, especially **Scrum**.
- Proficiency in tools like **JIRA**, **Azure DevOps**, or **Rally**.
- Experience in **Agile coaching** and facilitation.
- Familiarity with software development processes.
- **Preferred**: Certified **Scrum Master (CSM)** or equivalent certification.
- Strong **stakeholder management** and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
