**Position-: Safety Officer**

**Job Location-: Satpur-Nashik**

**Experience-: 0 to 3 Years**

**Educational Qualification-: BE/Diploma/ITI Mechanical and having completed Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with local, regional, and national standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance issues.

**Waste Management**:

- Develop and implement waste management programs that ensure the proper handling, disposal, and recycling of waste materials generated during manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with waste disposal vendors to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices for waste management.

**Environmental Monitoring**:

- Oversee environmental monitoring processes to track emissions, noise levels, air quality, and other potential environmental impacts.
- Analyze monitoring data and prepare reports for management, highlighting any deviations from established environmental standards.

**Incident Investigation**:

- Lead investigations into workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and track the implementation of corrective measures.

**Training and Education**:

- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate employees about health and safety practices, emergency response procedures, and environmental responsibilities.
- Promote a culture of safety consciousness and environmental awareness throughout the organization.

**Emergency Preparedness**:

- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring that employees are adequately trained and equipped to handle emergencies effectively.

**Risk Assessment**:

- Conduct risk assessments for various processes, machinery, and work areas to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety inspections, training sessions, incident investigations, and environmental monitoring.
- Prepare regular reports for management on safety and environmental performance.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
