Strategic display of products on the website in such a way that attracts the customers and makes them engage with our website.
- Planning and building banner displays that maximize impact on a day-to-day basis
- Monitoring costs and working within abudget.
- Researching design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.
- Listing new brands and products, enhancing the content of existing products, planning communications and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Conceiving and creating new product discovery content and promotions, in keeping with the standards
- Building storefronts (app & web), promotional pages, consumer incentives
- Curating a thoughtful discovery and shopping experience for our members, with a constant eye to iterating and improving the overall member experience.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales and operations team members to understand the channel’s business objectives (i.e. increasing sales, focus product, etc.) and translate them into strategy and action plans.
- Listing products strategically, regular follow-up with online partners for product listings, inventory reports and promotions based on trends
- Updating the pricing, new selection & keeping an eye on competitor’s activity
- Coordination with e-comm partners for defective product claims & damages received as RTO to maintain the Monthly Returns for online marketplaces
- Cross-checking and planning listings catalogues, pricing and cracking 'Deals of the Day' deals with major e-commerce portals
- Keeping a tap on real-time updates from vendors across portals
- Understand each touch point and pain points of customer engagement work with relevant stake holders to address the issue ( UD, unavailability, listing issue )in priority
- Analyze the customer path to purchase and recommend and implement changes that enhance the experience and increase online conversion.
- Maintain and report on advanced on-site search to deliver expected result, optimize experience and continually research and recommend new opportunities in the digital space.
- Responsible for executing support functions within the eCommerce platform, including but not limited to promotion set up, catalogue maintenance, gallery creation, site development, testing/validation
- Drive conversion and sales by ensuring latest product is showcased effectively on site and sales patterns shared with genders to influence future buy quantities.
- Review and analyze online competitor site merchandising, promotional execution and tactics, user experience, and product representation.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
