Die Setter

Bhim Industries is engaged in manufacturing of sheet metal fabricated parts and machined components. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Power Press Die Setter** to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting tools and dies on mechanical and hydraulic power presses to ensure optimal performance during production. You will work closely with machine operators and production teams to meet production targets while ensuring the safety and quality standards are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tool and Die Setup**:

- Set up and install dies, tools, and fixtures onto mechanical and hydraulic power presses based on specific job requirements.
- Verify die and tool alignment, clearance, and other setup parameters.
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure presses are operating at optimal performance.
- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate and test machines after die setup to confirm proper operation.
- Conduct trial runs to ensure the production process is smooth, troubleshooting any issues with the machine, die, or material.
- **Maintenance and Inspection**:

- Regularly inspect tools and dies for wear, damage, or misalignment, making necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Ensure that power presses are properly lubricated and maintained, adhering to maintenance schedules.
- **Production Support**:

- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and production staff to resolve any issues during production runs.
- Monitor output quality and ensure that products meet all specified requirements.
- Ensure the efficient and accurate changeover of dies and tooling between different production runs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
