**Job description**

**CNC Operator Job Responsibilities**: Ensure that your CNC operator job description explains the specific job responsibilities. The operator usually works on the machinery setup, operation, and repairment, so be specific about the expected job duties. Some examples to include:

- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings.

- Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three
- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments.

- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

**CNC Operator Qualifications and Skills**
- Ability to operate CNC mills
- Great computer and technical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Must be self-motivated

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience operating CNC mills and lathes in DIE & MOULD also production line preferred. Experience:

- CNC Programming: 2 years (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
