- **Knowledge configuring/customizing vendor Network Planninn/Design/Build products: ArcGIS, ArcView,ArcGIS, ArcMap, ATOLL RF Planning & Optimization, MOSAIC, Network Engineer, Oracle Spatial, Oracle Discoverer**:

- Knowledge in Telecom Networks (Fixed Access and Transport networks, Mobile 4G/5G core platforms, SVA, SS7, IMS, MPLS, 3GPP, Radio RAN/O-RAN...) from a OSS-Network Transformation (Network Planning/Design/Build/Testing/Automation)**

**Primary Skills**:
