**1. TURNKEY PROJECTS COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL**:
Manage and update projects across various platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling property descriptions, high-quality images, and up-to-date information**.**

Practical experience in architectural design and project implementation, structure design stability knowledge is a plus.

Proficient in using industry-standard architectural software, such as Autocad 2D, 3D Max etc.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Proficiency in any one of the 3D rendering tools like Lumion, Revit etc.

2. **ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT**:
Site related meeting and providing clear instructions to site team for smooth execution of the work through updated information in the form of drawings, documents, BOQ, data sheets & work schedule etc.
- **CLIENT COMMUNICATION**:
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information.

Assist in record keeping for each site and support for ready-reckoner preparation for each site with stagewise pictures of the project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
