We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled **Junior Architect (Fresher)** to join our design and execution team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and drafting facade concepts and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
- Prepare high-quality renders and visualizations to support design proposals.
- Support senior architects and project teams in design development and documentation.
- Coordinate with the site team for drawing clarifications and revisions.
- Participate in material research, sample boards, and design presentations.
- Handle project documentation and maintain drawing records.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) - Mandatory
- **Software Proficiency**:

- **Advanced** knowledge of **AutoCAD** and **Adobe Photoshop**:

- Working knowledge of **SketchUp**, **Revit**, **Rhino**, and **Grasshopper**:

- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and building materials
- Passion for facade design and innovation
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and under tight deadlines
