**Sales and Marketing Intern - Career Naksha**

**Role Overview**:
As a **Sales and Marketing Intern**, you will support the growth of CareerNaksha by assisting with lead generation, digital marketing, outreach, and market research. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing EdTech startup and learn the fundamentals of sales strategy, communication, and brand marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers (students, parents, institutions)
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Support the sales team in follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates
- Participate in webinars, seminars, and career fairs for outreach
- Create and share engaging content for marketing channels
- Collect feedback and analyze campaign effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education, career development, and marketing
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Sheets)
- Prior experience in sales/marketing is a plus, but not mandatory
