**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire new clients and build strong relationships to drive sales growth.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and analyses sales data for performance evaluation.
- Utilize effective communication skills in both Hindi and English to interact with

clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency with sales software and adhere to industry best practices.
- Motivate the sales workforce through leadership and public speaking skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their queries and

concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA degree in Marketing and Sales.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and sales.

**Skill**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and

English.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and producing comprehensive reports.
- Strong understanding of sales software and industry best practices.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a sales team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mysuru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
