**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a curious and detail-oriented **Research Executive** to support us in preparing a detailed business report and strategic roadmap for launching our product line. This role involves **market research, competitor benchmarking, customer behavior analysis, compliance research**, and gathering data for product development and digital strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth **market research** on the skincare industry, especially sensitive skin and Perioral Dermatitis segments (India and international).
- Collect and analyze data on **customer needs, preferences, and behavior** using surveys, forums, and industry reports.
- Benchmark **competitor products, pricing, ingredients, certifications**, and marketing strategies.
- Research **regulatory compliance requirements** (FDA, CDSCO, EU Cosmetic Regulation).
- Prepare structured **reports, summaries, and insights** to support business planning.
- Track emerging **industry trends**, technologies, and innovations.
- Coordinate with dermatologists, skincare specialists, or institutions for credible data.
- Assist in building a research repository for long-term business reference.
- Support the Founder/CEO in creating pitch decks and strategic business documents.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong interest or background in **skincare, dermatology, health & wellness**.
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in **Google Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint**, and basic data tools.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
