**Profile - ISO Compliance Executive (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)**

Qualification - Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or Industrial Safety (preferred).

**Experience - Min 3 years of experience in ISO documentation and compliance in a manufacturing setup. Basic understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.**

Salary - Upto 32k

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Documentation & Records Management**

Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining ISO manuals, SOPs, and compliance records.

Maintain all documentation required for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety).

Track non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow-up status.

**Audit Assistance**

Support internal audits by preparing checklists, records, and reports.

Assist in coordinating external audits (certification/surveillance).

Help implement corrective actions identified during audits.

**Compliance Monitoring**

Support daily/weekly monitoring of QMS, EMS, and OHSMS compliance in the plant.

Ensure records of quality checks, environmental data, and safety measures are updated.

Report deviations or non-conformities to the ISO Lead/Plant Head.

**Training & Awareness**

Help organize training sessions and awareness programs for employees.

Prepare presentations, posters, and communication materials on ISO requirements.

Continuous Improvement

Assist in collecting data for management reviews and KPI dashboards.

Suggest practical improvements in documentation and reporting systems.

**SKILLS**

Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

Ability to work under guidance of ISO Lead / Plant Head
