**Academic Mentor**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Mentor to join our team at TECHBYHEART. The Academic Mentor will work closely with students to provide academic support, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve their educational goals and Students batch handling. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about education and have a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Assist students in developing study skills, time management techniques, and effective learning strategies.

3. Monitor students' progress and academic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.

4. Collaborate with teachers and parents to create personalized learning plans for students based on their individual needs and goals.

5. Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential by fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

6. Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their academic progress, address any challenges they may be facing, and provide ongoing guidance and encouragement.

7. Stay up-to-date on educational trends, curriculum changes, and best practices in academic mentoring to continuously enhance the quality of support provided to students.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Previous experience working as a tutor, teacher, or academic mentor.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build rapport with students and establish a trusting relationship.

5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

7. Knowledge of educational resources and tools to support student learning.
