**Key Responsibilities**
- Design **3D models of injection molds** for plastic bathroom fittings using Siemens NX.
- Create **detailed 2D drawings** and technical documentation for manufacturing.
- Work closely with the tool room and production teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of designs.
- Optimize mold designs for durability, precision, and efficient cycle time.
- Assist in **design modifications and improvements** based on testing and production feedback.
- Maintain design files, revision history, and ensure design standards are met.
- Collaborate with R&D team for **new product development**.
- Support troubleshooting of molds during trials and production.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / B.Tech in **Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die / Production Engineering** or equivalent.
- **2-5 years of experience** in mold design for plastic injection molding (preferably in bathroom fittings or related industries).
- Strong command of **Siemens NX (Unigraphics)** for 3D & 2D mold design.
- Knowledge of **mold components, cooling channels, gating systems, and ejector mechanisms**.
- Understanding of **plastic materials, shrinkage, and mold flow basics**.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and detail orientation skills.
**Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)**
- Exposure to **Mold Flow Analysis software**.
- Knowledge of **CNC programming / CAM integration**.
- Hands-on exposure to **tool room operations**.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
