**Job Description for Fusion HCM Functional Consultant**

We are looking for Functional consultant (80% Functional + 20% Tech) in Fusion HCM Area

**Application: Worked in the following Fusion HCM modules :Fusion Functional Consultant - HCM**
- Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Knowledge on Person Security, Area of Responsibility, Reference Data Set - Scenario-based Setup Configuration and Scenario-based Setup & Modifications on Modules mentioned
- Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Identify client business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
- Should have hands exp. in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, and Personalization.
- Experience with Implementation and Support

**or Fusion HCM Function with Payroll Module**
- Should have at least 4+ years of relevant experience in Implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance management, Learning.
- Should have Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules list above.
- Should have good knowledge of Statutory Submissions like FPS, EPS, HMRC submission, P60, P45, P9, P6 etc.
- Should have set up Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating
- Units, etc.
- Should be able to create Key FlexFields, Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT and EIT for employees of the organization.
- Should define all necessary pay components and link with appropriate elements for payroll processes.
- Should compute Overtime, Bonus elements, other beneficial elements and Configuring Oracle Retro & Proration Process in Payroll.
- Should design payslip and develop various statements, and reports pertaining to

Payroll processes.
- Should be able to write Fast Formula needed and work on the Approval Management Engine.
- Worked on end to end implementation in Global HR, Payroll, creating value sets and using them in flex fields like Descriptive / Extensible.
- Experience in Element Configuration using Payroll Batch Loader, has good knowledge of fast formulas and wrote fast formulas for the Payroll module.
- Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
- Good to have adequate knowledge in writing **SQL/PL SQL** queries to develop the reports
- Experience in creating workflow and security for the module
- Should have real-time hands-on functional/Technical experience on above modules/Technologies and worked on Implementation or **L2/L3 level support.**:

- Should have excellent Customer facing skills.
- Experience in debugging issues, working with product support.
- **The primary shift would be US east coast shift (6.30 PM to 3 AM)**:

- Working from office all days is mandatory, **WFH option not available**

**Or Fusion HCM Functional with ORC Module**

- Overall more than 4 years of Oracle HCM experience in functional roles that may include on-premise and Cloud
- Should have in addition experience of at least 2 other modules such as Core HR, Benefits,
- Payroll, Absence Management, HR Helpdesk, Talent Mgmt, Learning etc.
- Respond to all functional and configuration related questions pertaining to Oracle Recruiting
- Cloud and other modules.
- Troubleshoot and track issues; assist users with problem resolution
- Assess the impact of product upgrades and patches delivered by Oracle
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive
- Experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution
- design.

**Salary**: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
