Description : Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Pan India. 6+ years relevant. (Core Hr, Absence Management, Compensation). Strong functional understanding of HR processes and policies. Hands-on configuration experience in 23 Fusion HCM modules. Minimum 2-3 full-cycle implementations. Experience in workshops, configuration, UAT, documentation, and training. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on configuration experience, strong HR process knowledge, and a proven ability to drive successful full-cycle implementations.Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end implementation for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including : - Core HR- Absence Management- Compensation- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes and future needs.- Perform hands-on configuration in 23 Fusion HCM modules ensuring alignment with business requirements.- Develop functional specifications, setup documents, and configuration workbooks.- Translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions following Oracle Cloud best practices.- Assist in designing integrations with other systems (Payroll, Finance, third-party HR systems).- Work closely with technical teams to support conversions, integrations, and reports (BIP/OTBI).- Provide expert guidance on new features, quarterly updates, and system enhancements.- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and perform UAT support.- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.- Manage configuration migration across environments and ensure documentation accuracy.- Support postgo-live activities, stabilisation, and user adoption.- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.- Conduct user training sessions, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer.- Provide ongoing functional expertise and advisory support to business stakeholders.- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and timely Skills & Experience : - 6 - 9 years of total experience, with at least 6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.- Minimum 23 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.- Good understanding of workflow configurations, flexfields, approvals, and role-based security.- Familiarity with BIP Reports, OTBI, and integration touchpoints.- Ability to analyze issues across modules and identify functional/technical root causes.- Excellent communication - verbal, written, and presentation skills.- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.- Ability to lead discussions, drive workshops, and document requirements effectively.- High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude.- Experience with Global HR implementations.- Exposure to Payroll or Time & Labor modules.- Knowledge of quarterly release analysis and regression testing.- Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
