As an integral part of our digital marketing department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and increasing our brand visibility.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Optimization (SMO):

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Regularly create and curate engaging content (posts, images, videos) that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.

Performance Analysis:

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media efforts.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and present findings to the marketing team.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in social media.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of SMO strategies into overall marketing initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for content creation and campaign planning.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in social media management, or digital marketing (internship experience will be considered).
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
