Position Overview

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page and Off-page).
- Create high-quality backlinks using white-hat techniques to improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web content.
- Manage and optimize meta pages, Google Business Profiles, and all relevant directories.
- Handle and grow our social media presence: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business.
- Execute Social Media Optimization (SMO) and content calendars for all platforms.
- Write and optimize engaging SEO-friendly content, captions, and blog articles.
- Monitor, track, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and relevant tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (real estate, interior, digital) to align brand voice and campaign goals.
- Ensure lead generation and traffic conversion through diversified channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of proven work experience as an SEO Executive/Specialist or Digital Marketer.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms management and LinkedIn marketing.
- Excellent command over content writing, copywriting, and editing.
- Must have a deep understanding of target audience behavior and digital outreach strategies.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to present performance insights.

Salary & Perks:

- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 (based on experience & skill level)
