Accountability
- 1. To achieve economy in F&B costs to increase profitability.

2. Ensure conformities to regular MIS.

3. Conduct regular Audits at outlets and central stores.

4. To ensure full conformity to the quality standards/ policy in terms of implementation, documentation, process definitions & record keeping.

5. Publish Inside Driven MIS
