**Job Description: ITI Technician (Building Management Solutions)**

**Education**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Electrical or related field

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair building management systems including but not limited to HVAC controls, lighting systems, security systems, and access control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of building systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to address complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on system operation and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports, installation records, and equipment inventory.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to building management systems.

**Requirements**:

- ITI certification in Electrical or related field.
- No degree requirement; freshers with ITI electrical background are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in electrical works and building management systems.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role, often traveling to customer sites.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
