Title - Sales Manager

CTC - Upto 4LPA + performance-based uncapped incentives

Shift Timings - Night shift 10pm to 7 am

Location - Bangalore Office

Interview type - Online and Offline

Office address - BrightCHAMPS, 1st Floor, Hustlehub Tech Park Building, 36/6, Somasundarapalya Main Rd, PWD Quarters, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560102.

What is this role about?

⭐ Conduct live demos and convert those opportunities into sales closures.

⭐ Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product.

⭐ Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment.

Pre-requisites:
⭐ Someone with exceptional communication skills.

⭐ Good Sales acumen.

⭐ Good presentation skills.

⭐ Result-driven go-getter who thrives in a performance-driven environment

⭐ Highly ambitious individuals who rise up to challenging targets.

⭐ Quick learner who can understand the product in and out within a couple of days.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Strong organization and project management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
